What
they're saying ...
Your program was
absolutely wonderful. I can honestly say that your "Faces of the World"
diversity program along with the "Latin America Live" performers were
the highlight of the week!
The students enjoyed your
creative and interactive programs so much - I have received quite a few
emails telling me so! It was the perfect way to end a hard week of camp.
We look forward to many
future World Arts presentations!
Thanks!

Join us for a musical tour of Latin American countries and regions. Your
travel guide is the incredibly talented Latin Jazz pianist Ki-Ké (Luis Enrique)
Sanchez, who has contributed to several albums that are currently being
considered for Latin American Grammy’s. A native of Peru with an authentic
fluency in jazz, Cuban and Brazilian styles, his friends include one or more
Latin percussionists or other musicians. The first series of shows in South
Florida included Alberto from Venezuela and Luis from Puerto Rico. (June 24,
July 15 and 22, 2005 for Hands-on-Miami Service Learning Camp)
This
fun and lively educational concert and show is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Audiences participate with clapping, singing, tapping their feet and making
fabulous music with the native instruments provided by the band. During the tour
they’ll learn about these countries, their geography, customs and foods, and
they'll experience the true ethnic rhythms of the people, their music and more!
The
30-60 minute program can be adjusted to suit your specific needs and is a great
experience for groups of all ages. It works wonders for workgroups and for teams
of all sizes!
